Prices and discounts
How does volume pricing work?
The more padel rackets you buy in the same order, the less you pay for each one. Every racket in your cart counts, even if you mix brands and designs.
Babolat: €110 each, €105 from 3 and €100 from 9. NOX: €135 each, €132 from 3, €129 from 10 and €127 from 20. Babolat x Lamborghini: €209.95 each and €204.95 from 3.
Is VAT included?
Yes, all prices on the website include VAT.
What does the Lamborghini box option include?
Babolat x Automobili Lamborghini padel rackets can come in the collection's black presentation box for €25 extra per racket (plus €5 shipping per box). It's ideal as a gift.
Shipping
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide with DHL.
How much does shipping cost?
On Babolat and NOX padel rackets, shipping is included in the price.
On Babolat x Lamborghini rackets it depends on how many are in the order: €20 for one racket, €30 for two or three, and less per racket from there on (€70 for fifteen). The exact amount is shown in the cart before you pay.
How long will my order take to arrive?
The estimated delivery time is 9 to 22 working days from payment confirmation.
When your order ships, we'll email you the DHL tracking number. It's usually available a few days after purchase.
I live outside the European Union. Will I have to pay anything extra?
For shipments outside the European Union, the destination country may charge customs duties or import taxes when the parcel is received; these are paid by the recipient.
Payment and orders
Is it safe to pay on the website?
Yes. Payment is made on Stripe's encrypted payment gateway, one of the most widely used in the world. VIBRA PADEL never sees or stores your card details.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard and others). Depending on your country and device, Stripe may also offer Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna or other local methods.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Once paid, the order cannot be cancelled or changed.
If you've made a mistake in any of your shipping details, message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible and we'll look into it.
Will I get a confirmation?
Yes. Once you pay, you'll see the order confirmation page with your order number (it starts with VP-) and you'll receive the receipt by email.
Returns and warranty
Can I return a padel racket?
We only accept returns if the padel racket arrives faulty or damaged in transit.
If you buy as a consumer, you also keep the legal right of withdrawal of 14 days with the racket unused (return shipping is at your expense). You'll find all the details in the terms of sale.
My padel racket arrived damaged or faulty. What should I do?
Message us on WhatsApp at +34 680 25 00 09 or email info@vibrapadel.eu with your order number and photos. We'll send you a new racket or refund your money, and we cover the shipping costs.

Which padel racket is right for me?
It depends on your level and how you play. Message us on WhatsApp, tell us how often you play and whether you're after more power or more control, and we'll recommend the one that suits you best.
Do you have the spec sheet for each racket?
Yes. If it isn't shown on the racket's page, ask us for it on WhatsApp or by email and we'll send it to you before you buy.
