Shipping and returns

Shipping

• We ship worldwide with DHL. Shipping is included on Babolat and NOX padel rackets; shipping for Babolat x Lamborghini rackets is shown before payment.
• Estimated delivery time: 9 to 22 working days.
• When your order ships, we'll send you the tracking number.
• For shipments outside the European Union, the destination country may charge customs duties or import taxes when the parcel is received; these are paid by the recipient.

Cancellations

Once paid, the order cannot be cancelled or changed.

Returns

We only accept returns if the padel racket arrives faulty or damaged in transit. We do not accept exchanges or returns because you have changed your mind.

Faulty or damaged racket

• Let us know by phone on +34 680 25 00 09, WhatsApp on the same number or email at info@vibrapadel.eu, with your order number and photos of the defect or damage.
• We'll send you a new racket or refund the full amount, as you choose.
• We cover the shipping of both the faulty racket and the new one.
• The rackets come with the three-year statutory guarantee of conformity from delivery.

Statutory right of withdrawal

If you buy as a consumer, you keep the statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days, with the racket unused and the return shipping at your expense. See section 7 of the terms of sale.
