Terms of sale

1. Seller

Sales in this shop are made by Eudald Riembau Prujà, with tax ID (NIF) 41653536F and address at Carrer Montserrat Vayreda, 5, 17850 Besalú (Girona). Contact: phone on +34 680 25 00 09, WhatsApp on the same number or email at info@vibrapadel.eu.

2. Products

We sell only the Babolat and NOX padel rackets shown in the website's catalogue. VIBRA PADEL is an independent shop and is not the manufacturer. The photographs show the design of each racket; the product names describe the brand and the colours of the design.

3. Prices

Prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping is included on Babolat and NOX padel rackets; shipping for Babolat x Lamborghini rackets is shown separately before payment. The unit price depends on the total number of rackets in the order, adding up all brands and designs. Each brand applies its own table to that total:

  • Babolat: €110 each, €105 from 3 and €100 from 9.
  • NOX: €135 each, €132 from 3, €129 from 10 and €127 from 20.
  • Babolat x Automobili Lamborghini BL.003: €209.95 each and €204.95 from 3. Optional Lamborghini box: €25 extra per racket.

For example, 2 NOX rackets and 1 Babolat add up to 3 rackets: the NOX rackets are charged at €132 and the Babolat at €105. The price applied is shown in the cart before payment.

4. Order, payment and cancellation

To buy, add the padel rackets to the cart, accept these terms and pay on Stripe's secure payment gateway. The order is confirmed once payment is complete; you will receive a receipt by email. The contract is concluded in Spanish. VIBRA PADEL keeps a record of the order.

Once paid, the order cannot be cancelled or changed. Paid orders are prepared and shipped exactly as they were placed. This does not affect the consumer's statutory rights described in section 7.

5. Shipping

We ship worldwide with DHL. Shipping is included in the price of Babolat and NOX padel rackets; shipping for Babolat x Lamborghini rackets depends on how many are in the order (€20 for one racket, €30 for two or three, and less per racket from there on; €70 for fifteen), plus €5 for each Lamborghini box, and is shown in the cart before payment. Estimated delivery time: 9 to 22 working days from payment confirmation. We will send you the tracking number when your order ships.

For shipments outside the European Union, the destination country may charge customs duties or import taxes when the parcel is received; these are paid by the recipient.

If an order cannot be fulfilled because an item is out of stock, we will let you know and refund the full amount.

6. Returns

We only accept returns if the padel racket arrives faulty or damaged in transit. We do not accept exchanges or returns because you have changed your mind, except for the right of withdrawal that the law grants to consumers (section 7).

If the padel racket arrives damaged or has a defect, let us know by phone on +34 680 25 00 09, WhatsApp on the same number or email at info@vibrapadel.eu, with your order number and photos. We will send you a new racket or refund the full amount, as you choose, and we cover the shipping. The rackets come with the three-year statutory guarantee of conformity from delivery (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007, the Spanish consumer protection law).

7. Consumers' statutory right of withdrawal

If you buy as a consumer, the law allows you to withdraw within 14 calendar days of receiving the padel racket (articles 102 et seq. of Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007), by notifying us by phone on +34 680 25 00 09, WhatsApp on the same number or email at info@vibrapadel.eu or with the withdrawal form. In that case:

  • The cost of returning the racket is paid by the customer.
  • The racket must be returned unused, with its protectors and packaging. If it has been used or handled beyond what is necessary to inspect it, we will deduct the loss in value from the refund.
  • We will refund the amount within 14 days at most, using the same payment method, and may withhold the refund until we receive the racket.

This right does not apply to purchases made by businesses, clubs or professionals for their business activity.

8. Issues and complaints

You can also turn to the consumer affairs services of your Spanish autonomous community (comunidad autónoma) or to the Consumer Arbitration Board (Junta Arbitral de Consumo).

9. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the rights granted to you by the consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
