We do not send advertising or create profiles.
Visitor statistics
To find out how many people visit the website and which pages are viewed most, we use Vercel Web Analytics. It works without cookies and without storing anything on your device: it counts visits in aggregate (page, country, device type and referring website) and does not allow you to be identified or tracked across websites. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in understanding how the shop is used in order to improve it (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. VIBRA PADEL does not receive or store your full card details. Stripe processes payment data in accordance with its own privacy policy and may transfer it outside the European Economic Area with the safeguards provided for in the GDPR.
If you message us on WhatsApp, the service is provided by WhatsApp (Meta), which processes messages according to its own policy. The contact form on this website only prepares the message on your device: it does not store what you type.
Recipients
We share your data only with those who need it to fulfil the order: the shipping company, the payment provider (Stripe) and the website hosting provider. Providers: DHL (shipping), Vercel Inc. (web hosting and visitor statistics) and Turso (order database). For shipments outside the European Economic Area, the delivery address is shared with the carrier and with the customs authorities of the destination country, as this is necessary to deliver the order.
Retention
We keep order data for the applicable legal periods (for example, six years for commercial records).
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by contacting us by phone on +34 680 25 00 09, WhatsApp on the same number or email at info@vibrapadel.eu. If you feel we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, AEPD, aepd.es).
